LEGO Speed Champions Ultimate F1 Collector’s Pack may get a wider release

A wider release for the upcoming LEGO Speed Champions 66802 Ultimate Formula 1 Collector’s Pack may be on the cards next year.

Formula 1 fans are no doubt revving their engines with excitement at the prospect of multiple LEGO sets based on the motorsport that are due to launch on January 1, 2025. Official F1 models will encompass a number of themes, such as City, DUPLO, Speed Champions and Technic next year, as well as a mini collectibles series.

Those looking to acquire a complete set of vehicles in one big box will also be able do so thanks to a previously revealed Amazon US listing, with pre-orders now live. 66802 Ultimate Formula 1 Collector’s Pack will include all 10 LEGO Speed Champions models, alongside unique packaging and a limited edition poster featuring all of the vehicles that’s exclusive to the retailer, with a release date of March 1.

However, it appears that exclusivity might only apply to the poster itself and that 66802 Ultimate Formula 1 Collector’s Pack may well be getting a wider release next year. The LEGO Speed Champions bundle has now been added to the Building Instructions page on the official online store, as part of 2025’s line-up of launches.

The wording for the existing listing states that it’s an ‘Amazon exclusive’ and comes with an ‘Exclusive poster’ but it’s not clear if the set may be available elsewhere without the poster at some point.

That could also mean 66802 Ultimate Formula 1 Collector’s Pack might pop up in other territories too and that the LEGO Speed Champions box isn’t limited to just US customers.

Alternatively, 66802 Ultimate Formula 1 Collector’s Pack may be a timed exclusive with Amazon US before then rolling out into other regions, but at this stage there are no additional details regarding a possible worldwide release.

If 66802 Ultimate Formula 1 Collector’s Pack does indeed receive its own full listing at some point, we’ll be sure to update you with more details on the upcoming LEGO Speed Champions bundle.
