This LEGO Star Trek logo gives Star Wars a run for its money

Fancy pairing the upcoming LEGO Star Trek Enterprise with a Next Generation brick-built logo? No need to wait for an official set: you can already do it yourself…

The LEGO Group is going all-in on brick-built logos at the moment, with Star Wars, Marvel and Nike options all up for grabs right now and a Batman logo arriving in March 2026. None of those are suitable for displaying alongside Black Friday’s 10356 Star Trek: USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D, though (unless you want to pair it with the Star Wars logo and maybe a Gandalf minifigure in an ironic sort of fashion).

Fortunately, prolific builder Ant Bandit has already cooked up a brick-built LEGO Star Trek: The Next Generation logo to pop on your shelf next to the Enterprise when it launches later this month. You can see the impressive build come together in the video below.

Building a LEGO Star Trek logo display ? Creating the logo is an idea I had ever since this set was rumored! Building the classic TNG font was a fun challenge. Technically the actual logo has the words stacked, but this horizontal version displays better underneath the new LEGO Enterprise-D. I’m so happy that LEGO Star Trek exists! Thanks to LAN for sending this set over! #lego #startrek #thenextgeneration #rlfm #10356

Ant says he’ll have instructions available for this one in the near future, so you can order the pieces (or pull them out of your existing collection) and build it for yourself. And before you sound off in the comments: yes, it’s not an exact match for the actual logo, but Ant says he’s designed it as a companion piece first and foremost.

“Creating the logo is an idea I had ever since this set was rumoured!” he said on TikTok. “Building the classic TNG font was a fun challenge. Technically the actual logo has the words stacked, but this horizontal version displays better underneath the new LEGO Enterprise-D.”

10356 Star Trek: USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D debuts November 28 for £349.99 / $399.99 / €379.99. Buy it over the Black Friday weekend and you’ll also bag a free 40768 Type-15 Shuttlepod while stocks last (or until December 1).

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
