LEGO Star Wars 40333 Battle of Hoth – 20th Anniversary Edition boxed and built images

A clearer look at the new LEGO Star Wars promotional set, 40333 Battle of Hoth – 20th Anniversary Edition, in official images showing the set boxed and built.

To celebrate 20 years of LEGO Star Wars, a special set has been developed for the May the Fourth weekend that will be available exclusively at shop.LEGO.com for those spending £75 or more on sets from the theme. 40333 Battle of Hoth – 20th Anniversary Edition is a recreation of the battle between the fleeing Rebel Alliance and attacking Empire in microscale.

A better look at the model is available in the new images that Brickset has shared, with one showing the set built up and another showing the retro inspired packaging that the bricks will come in.

Over the promotional weekend, that will run from May 3 until May 6, a VIP LEGO Star Wars purchase of £35 will also get a freebie – an exclusive collectable Star Wars poster, showcasing the recently released range of 20th anniversary Star Wars sets.

The newest LEGO Star Wars set, 75244 Tantive IV, will also be available to purchase as it launches on May 3. At the moment, there’s no word on whether it will be excluded from the double VIP points offer.
