LEGO Star Wars BOOST 75253 Droid Commander available now
LEGO Star Wars BOOST 75253 Droid Commander is now available at the official LEGO online shop.
LEGO Star Wars BOOST 75253 Droid Commander is now available to order at shop.LEGO.com, after getting an early launch at Amazon yesterday. That means fans can earn VIP points while getting their hands on the first Star Wars and BOOST cross-over set.
The new 1,177 piece set builds three fan favourite droids that work with the BOOST hub, R2-D2, the Gonk Droid and the Mouse Droid. All three can be built at once, with a space in each to slot the hub into. The hub works with the included sensor and motor so that once constructed, the special Star Wars software will allow users to code and play, with 40 different missions to send the droids on. The unique set is priced at £179.99 / $199.99.
This video reveals how R2-D2, the Gonk Droid and the Mouse Droid actually move:
As the video shows, the free app will be specially themed around Star Wars, with the ‘missions’ contained within designed especially for these new droid models. They will include party infiltration, work as a load lifter and message delivery.
