LEGO Star Wars Exhibition-exclusive pearl gold brick and livestream incoming
Fresh details regarding LEGO Star Wars: The Exhibition have emerged, including an upcoming livestream and a unique giveaway.
Fans of a brick-built galaxy far, far away down under will soon be able to check out an exciting upcoming experience. LEGO Star Wars: The Exhibition kicks off on May 4, 2025 at the Melbourne Museum, with a selection of models constructed by a LEGO Certified Professional on display.
In advance of the event opening its doors in just a few months’ time, Ryan ‘Brickman’ McNaught will be taking part in a livestream on Instagram to promote LEGO Star Wars: The Exhibition on February 20 at 6pm (AEDT).

Fans will get to go ‘behind the brick’ to find out about the making of LEGO Star Wars: The Exhibition, plus there’ll be a Q&A with Ryan too. The livestream will focus on the technical aspects behind the event and how models were constructed on a scale never seen before, using over eight million LEGO pieces and taking more than 25,000 hours to complete.
In addition, those watching the livestream will be in with a chance of winning a pearl gold brick, which was apparently ‘crafted exclusively’ for LEGO Star Wars: The Exhibition, although we’ve seen similar coloured pieces pop up in other sets before.
The unique element has been used in a mystery build that will appear at the upcoming event, one which we suspect will ultimately be revealed to be a certain fussy protocol droid…

Confirmed models on display at LEGO Star Wars: The Exhibition include a towering AT-AT and a massive X-Wing, as well as recreations of iconic battle scenes and beloved characters. Those wanting to find out more information about the event can head to the Melbourne Museum website and sign up for their official mailing list.
