LEGO Star Wars magazine Issue 108 free gift revealed

An image of the free gift included with Issue 108 of the LEGO Star Wars magazine has surfaced online, marking the end of a four-month run of minifigures.

The current issue of the LEGO Star Wars magazine (in the UK) includes a free Coruscant Guard Clone Trooper minifigure, while the next issue is slated to come with everyone’s favourite walking carpet, Chewbacca. Those follow the Mandalorian Loyalist in Issue 104 and Emperor Palpatine in Issue 105, collectively comprising a strong run of four consecutive LEGO Star Wars minifigure freebies.

We won’t be getting a fifth, however, as Instagram user jeykay_yt has published an image of the teaser for Issue 108 from the German edition of the magazine, which runs a month ahead of the UK version. The photo reveals that a 50-piece mini-model of 75325 The Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter will be included with the upcoming issue, marking a return to builds in the magazine for the first time in 2024.

Issue 108 and its free N-1 will arrive on shelves in Germany in April, so you can expect to see it in stores in the UK from May. If you’re lucky, you should still be able to find copies of Issue 106 in the UK, complete with the red-tinted Coruscant Guard Clone Trooper from 75354 Coruscant Guard Gunship and 75372 Clone Trooper & Battle Droid Battle Pack. April’s issue will then include a free Chewbacca minifigure.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
