LEGO Star Wars magazine with free Mando minifigure out now
The latest issue of the LEGO Star Wars magazine is out now in the UK, complete with a minifigure that has so far only appeared in one relatively expensive set.
Issue 104 of Immediate Media’s official LEGO Star Wars magazine is rocking the Mandalorian Pilot on its front cover, packaged in the same paper bags that have come as standard on these titles for a good while now. That minifigure has so far only shown up in 75348 Mandalorian Fang Fighter vs. TIE Interceptor, a 2023 set inspired by Season 3 of The Mandalorian.

With a blue and silver colour scheme, printed legs and a unique helmet, this particular minifigure is a strong purchase for anyone assembling an army of Mandalorians. It’s not based on any one named character (even if it is a nod to the unnamed fleet commander who popped up in Season 3), so you can either use it as a one-off or mix and match its parts into a wider collection of generic Mandalorians. The magazine version comes with a blaster, antenna and alternate hairpiece.
That makes it a worthy buy even if you already own 75348 Mandalorian Fang Fighter vs. TIE Interceptor, a set that otherwise retails for £89.99 in the UK. By contrast, Issue 104 of the LEGO Star Wars magazine costs just £4.99. This minifigure is technically available on BrickLink for around that price, but that’s before you factor in shipping – and picking up the mag is obviously way more convenient.

You’ll find Issue 104 of the LEGO Star Wars magazine on shelves at newsagents, supermarkets and all the usual haunts. Issue 105, which arrives in February, includes an Emperor Palpatine minifigure pulled straight from 75352 Emperor’s Throne Room Diorama.
