LEGO Store Leicester Square gets ready for Stranger Things

With LEGO Stranger Things arriving within a week, the LEGO Store Leicester Square is getting ready for the big reveal.

As May 14 becomes May 15, the LEGO Store Leicester Square will open at midnight to reveal the new Stranger Things set to the world. More details about the event were revealed yesterday, with a similar launch occasion taking place in New York. The London store has also shared a teaser image, showing sets in the store displayed upside down with the caption, “something STRANGE is happening”. It looks like the Upside Down is taking hold…

LEGO Model Designer Justin Ramsden will be attending to sign sets. Refreshments are promised, as is a “special building experience”. Fans are encouraged to come dressed as if they have stepped out of the 1980s to fit in with the Stranger Things vibe.

As well as the event details, more information about the set itself has been shared too. It will retail for £179.99, measuring 32cm tall, 44cm wide and 21cm deep. Only two sets will be available per person.

Stranger Things Season 3 will arrive on Netflix on July 4, 2019.
