LEGO Stores hosting multiple Easter events this weekend

If you’re looking for a fun way to spend your weekend, then be sure to head down to your local LEGO Store for some Easter freebies.

Easter has almost rolled round again, with thoughts no doubt turning to mountains of chocolate eggs and hot cross buns. The good news is that you can get in on all of the festive fun a little earlier this year, thanks to a number of seasonal promotions running this weekend at LEGO Stores in various territories.

For instance, retail locations in the UK, US and Europe already kicked off an Easter egg hunt yesterday, with the event due to run until April 19. Essentially a themed scavenger hunt aimed at kids, those who take part can score a free sticker sheet, plus there will be other goodies available in LEGO Stores over this weekend too.

For starters, LEGO Stores in the UK will be giving away a free Easter Egg build and a LEGO City Racer model on April 12 from 10am to 12pm and then again on April 13 from 12pm to 2pm. Note that each set is limited to one per person on a first come first serve basis, while stocks last.

In the US and Canada, LEGO Stores will be hosting a similar event on April 13 from 12pm-2pm only, with the LEGO Store Garden State in Paramus, New Jersey joining in slightly earlier on April 12 from 12pm to 2pm.

Some LEGO Stores in Europe will also be running the free Easter Egg build promotion this weekend, while others will be taking part next week, so be sure to contact your local retail location in advance to find out more details.
