LEGO teases new Formula 1 2025 sets in Las Vegas, resets countdown timer
The LEGO Group has reset its Formula 1 countdown timer and is teasing what appear to be new 2025 sets in Las Vegas.
The F1 timer at LEGO.com reached zero a few hours ago to seemingly no effect, but has now reset – and will finish at 9.30pm GMT / 4.30pm ET / 1.30pm PT today, November 21. Meanwhile, LEGO fan media girlbricksalot has posted a reel from Las Vegas, where the LEGO Group is building up to a big presence at this year’s Las Vegas Grand Prix.
That basically puts us on the brink of some kind of LEGO Formula 1 reveal, not least because the graphics on the Las Vegas Sphere seemingly show off unreleased LEGO sets. The vehicles that can be seen zooming around the virtual track – among which are several Formula 1 cars – don’t appear to pertain to any existing sets. It’s possible that they’re just models built for this ad, but we already know that the LEGO Group and Formula 1 are teaming up across multiple themes in 2025.

It seems equally (if not more) likely then that these are indeed a first glimpse at some of the sets the LEGO Group has up its sleeve for 2025. And if that is the case, it looks like we’re going to see eight-wide, six-wide and DUPLO versions of each Formula 1 car, with three different teams teased in the ad.
We’ll find out more once that timer reaches zero, so check back with Brick Fanatics later today to see what the LEGO Group has up its sleeve at the Las Vegas Grand Prix, which takes place from November 22 to 24.
