LEGO is reportedly testing an easier way to use Insiders points online
The LEGO Group is reportedly testing an easier way to redeem LEGO Insiders points for money off future purchases.
At the moment, redeeming your LEGO Insiders points for discounts off future orders requires heading to the Insiders Rewards Centre, selecting a predetermined voucher (£5, £10, £20 or £50 in the UK) and then inputting the subsequent voucher code at checkout. It can become quite a laborious process, especially if you’re trying to redeem multiple vouchers to reach a total outside those designated amounts.
It looks like the LEGO Group has finally devised an easier way to use your hard-earned Insiders points, however. StoneWars reports that in some EU regions, LEGO.com users are able to redeem their Insiders points for discounts directly when checking out – and you’re not limited to intervals of €5, but can redeem your points down to the nearest €1.

That’s the same process that’s been happening in LEGO Stores for quite a while now, after customers pushed back against the need to redeem vouchers online to use in store. And it means that using your Insiders points to save on future orders will no longer require a lengthy trip to the Insiders Rewards Centre and copying and pasting of codes.
The new feature seems to be in the testing phase at the moment as we’ve been unable to replicate it across multiple browsers in the UK, but shout up in the comments if it’s displaying for you. Fingers crossed it rolls out worldwide sooner rather than later anyway, because this will make shopping at LEGO.com much more straightforward – which is perfect timing given Black Friday is right around the corner…
