LEGO 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire is out now
It’s time for LEGO Insiders to snap up 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire and its exclusive (and dark) gift-with-purchase while stocks last.
With nine minifigures and 2,017 pieces, LEGO Icons 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire is out now early for LEGO Insiders to enjoy, and get the first chance at scoring the exclusive gift-with-purchase.
10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire follows in the footsteps of 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell and 10333 The Lord of the Rings: Barad-dûr with a much smaller and peaceful experience, which also happens to be more affordable as well. At £229.99 / $269.99 / €269.99, 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire revisits not one but two The Lord of the Rings sets with the addition of more details and builds dedicated to Bilbo’s birthday party.

The nine minifigures in 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire are all exclusive, including Frodo and Bilbo Baggins, Farmer and Mrs. Proudfoot, Samwise Gamgee, Merry, Pippin, Rosie Cotton and the best-ever Gandalf the Grey.
LEGO Insiders picking up 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire from today until April 8, or realistically while stocks last, will receive a free 40761 The Lord of the Rings: Sméagol & Déagol with two more exclusive minifigures recreating one of the darkest scenes from the films.

40761 The Lord of the Rings: Sméagol & Déagol includes 181 pieces and makes up a displayable scene with minifigures of Sméagol and Déagol in a one-of-a-kind set that almost certainly won’t be in a set again.
10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire is available now to LEGO Insiders and will be released on April 5 for everyone else. Early adopters will receive 40761 The Lord of the Rings: Sméagol and Déagol for free until April 8, or while stocks last. Don’t expect it to last too long, as the last The Lord of the Rings gift-with-purchase sold out within 24 hours.

Except it’s not available yet. The Lego website, as usual, is horribly unprepared. and it’s now been over an hour since “launch” and they still haven’t made it available.
