LEGO releases unseen footage from Miami Drivers Parade 2025
The LEGO Group has released unseen footage from onboard with the drivers during the LEGO F1 Miami Drivers Parade 2025.
“This is the best,” said Ferrari Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc as the race between life-sized LEGO cars came to an end at the Miami Grand Prix 2025 – and the best it was. We thought we’d seen every angle of the climactic race, set between cars made of nearly 400,000 pieces and with a top speed of 25mph – but the LEGO Group has come out with onboard angles of all the drivers during the race.
These new shots offer never-before-seen angles of the Formula 1 drivers at work – and expose the fact that there was definitely some foul play going on. You can clearly see drivers turning into one another, as well as a LEGO brick flying past two-time World Champion Fernanda Alonso’s head.
It also exposes the bounciness of the cars, with Williams driver Carlos Sainz bouncing around the corners – made even worse when the drivers often chose to cut corners and go off track to get an advantage over their competitors.
