LEGO VIP Days has begun in Australia, potentially confirming the price thresholds for the various deals, but with a different selection.
While the region’s deals are mostly the same as what has been previously confirmed on the official online store, both 40580 Blacktron Cruiser and 40581 BIONICLE Tahu and Takua are not being offered.
Instead, 5007488 Drawstring Brick Bag and 5007685 LEGO Baking Set are available with orders of $320 or more. Provided the two gift-with-purchases confirmed for other regions follow a similar pattern, they may both be offered with purchases of around £160 / $180 / €180, matching with the regional thresholds for 40586 Moving Truck.
However, there’s no confirmation that the two sets will be offered in the same way as the bag and baking kit.
Otherwise, there’s double VIP points on all purchases from LEGO Harry Potter, City, Friends and Technic and a free 40512 Fun & Funky Add-On Pack when you spend $80 or more. In other regions, that could be around £40 / $50 / €50.
We’ll know for certain what the thresholds are for these deals when they start on July 11 at midnight until the end of the day on July 15.
The themes included in the double VIP points deal all have multiple new and recent sets, ready for anyone wanting to catch up before the next big wave of LEGO releases.
