The LEGO Group wants brick film creators for 2024 sets

For a selection of 2024 sets, the LEGO Group is looking for creators to make brick films based on the upcoming models as a paid opportunity.

Though details of payment and rates are not mentioned in the provided information, the LEGO Group has announced their search for brick film creators to produce promotional content for 2024, unrevealed, LEGO sets.

Up to five videos will be made by each chosen creator and the videos are expected to be around two minutes long. Selected creators will be required to submit storyboards that will need to be approved and you should expect a few rounds of feedback before getting started.

Given that the builds have yet to be revealed, you’ll likely need to sign a confidentiality agreement of some kind so as not to share what you’ve seen and worked with online.

As well as experience, you’ll need the equipment to film and make these videos too, so make sure you have adequate amounts of both before signing up.

You can sign up by clicking here to head to the form and all submitted information will be deleted on or before December 31, 2023. For some inspiration, check out the recent LEGO Jurassic Park videos for the 30th-anniversary wave.

While much of the LEGO Group’s plans for 2024 remain unknown at this time, rumoured set numbers recently surfaced online with accompanying prices for multiple themes.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
