LEGOLAND California Resort is reopening next month

If you’re in California, the local LEGOLAND Resort will soon be ready to welcome you back to the many attractions within, as a reopening plan has been revealed.

Following the lifting of a select few health and safety regulations in the state, the team at the LEGOLAND California Resort have fully announced their plans to reopen, with two key dates for thrill-seekers to know.

The news comes via the resort’s Twitter account where it was revealed that the theme park would be inviting guests inside again as early as April 1. Hopefully, this isn’t just an elaborate April Fools’ joke.

The official, full reopening will take place on April 15 with open areas including the LEGOLAND California theme park and a few attractions in the LEGO Chima Water Park. However, if you simply can’t wait for the middle of the month, preview days will be offered from April 1, but with only a few rides open across the resort.

If you are planning a trip back to the LEGOLAND experience, then bear in mind there are still some restrictions to follow. An advanced reservation must be made, no matter the date you intend to attend, and all guests are required to wear a face mask if you’re over two years old, which it’s safe to assume that if you’re reading this, you are.

For those in other parts of the world, LEGOLAND theme parks continue to reopen, with the team at LEGOLAND Windsor recently announcing their plans as well as detailing their upcoming MYTHICA expansion.
