Lowest prices yet on LEGO Star Wars 25th anniversary sets

GAME has the lowest prices yet on the brand new range of LEGO Star Wars 25th anniversary sets, making it cheaper than ever to pick up Darth Malak and ARC Trooper Fives.

Those two 25th-anniversary LEGO Star Wars minifigures headline the latest wave of sets from a galaxy far, far away, which landed on shelves at the beginning of March – and can already be snapped up for 20% off at GAME. To take advantage of these prices, you’ll need to sign up to the Frasers Plus scheme, which allows you to split the cost of your purchases over three months with 0% interest.

You can also pay off the entire amount early with no additional fees, which in effect turns this into a reasonable way to purchase LEGO at a discount if you’re shopping responsibly. Getting accepted on to Frasers Plus depend on your credit status, and it’s important to remember that missing payments could affect your credit score.

If you are in a position to sensibly take advantage of these deals, though, there are some good early discounts to be had at GAME. Note that Brick Fanatics does not recommend buying on credit that incurs interest – we’re just pointing out Frasers Plus because it can be paid off straight away with no penalties and no interest. It’s a similar process to using a credit card and paying your balance in full each month, so is best used when you have the funds already available.

LEGO Star Wars 75375 Millennium Falcon

The biggest set in the new midi-scale Starship Collection recreates Han Solo’s iconic freighter in 75375 Millennium Falcon, weighing in at a hefty 921 pieces. It usually retails for £74.99, but Frasers Plus members can scoop it up for just £60. If you don’t have room (or the budget) for the UCS Millennium Falcon, this is basically the next best thing.

LEGO Star Wars 75376 Tantive IV

Celebrating 25 years of LEGO Star Wars with the ship that started it all – it’s the first one we saw on screens back in 1977 – 75376 Tantive IV also joined the midi-scale Starship Collection this month. It’s a detailed display model perfect for your desk, and can be found at GAME for only £56 for Frasers Plus members. That’s a 20% saving on its £69.99 RRP.

LEGO Star Wars 75379 R2-D2

Another wallet-friendly alternative to a higher-priced set, this smaller and more accessible buildable astromech droid is a great choice for those keen on 75308 R2-D2’s form factor but less keen on its price. 75379 R2-D2 also includes the very first Darth Malak minifigure – one of six 25th-anniversary characters coming our way in 2024 – and costs just £72 for Frasers Plus members at the moment, or £18 off its regular price of £89.99.

LEGO Star Wars 75387 Boarding the Tantive IV

If you’re more interested in playsets than display models, check out 75387 Boarding the Tantive IV, which is – somehow – the first-ever minifigure-scale set based on the opening scenes of A New Hope. It packs a hefty seven minifigures in the box too, including Darth Vader, Captain Antilles, two Stormtroopers, two Rebel Fleet Troopers and ARC Trooper Fives, who comes complete with a 25th-anniversary display stand. It retails for £49.99, but Frasers Plus members can buy it for just £40.

Please remember to shop responsibly if using a credit product like Frasers Plus. If you pay off your balance in full within the first three months of your purchase – and your best bet is to pay it off in full straight away – you won’t incur any interest, and you’ll be able to take full advantage of the savings on offer at GAME right now.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
