Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder among Disney+ Day 2022 premieres
Ahead of the upcoming Disney+ Day, the full slate of premieres coming to the service has been announced, including Marvel’s Thor: Love and Thunder.
Disney+ Day, and the D23 Expo that follows it, are just over two weeks away at the time of writing and as such, Disney has revealed what titles are coming to Disney+ on the big day. The list includes a new Cars series, an Obi-Wan Kenobi behind-the-scenes documentary and the most recent Marvel Studios film.
After a couple of months in cinemas, Thor: Love and Thunder is officially coming to Disney+ on September 8, 2022. For those who have yet to see the movie, it’s a chance to see the source material for the two Thor: Love and Thunder LEGO Marvel sets. Alternatively, you’ll be able to rewatch the film as often as you want to see how closely the models match the scenes.
Both 76207 Attack on New Asgard and 76208 The Goat Boat include new minifigures inspired by the film, including Mighty Thor, a new version of Thor, Gorr, Korg and King Valkyrie. You can find them now on the official online store for £17.99 / €19.99 / $19.99 and £44.99 / €49.99 / $49.99 respectively.
Though not based on Thor: Love and Thunder, 76200 Bro Thor’s New Asgard and 76209 Thor’s Hammer are also inspired by the character’s Marvel Cinematic Universe adventures and are available now.
