10297 Boutique Hotel is a corner modular building and comes with the hotel itself as the main attraction and a roof terrace as well as an art gallery on the side, offering some unique angles in the build instead of sticking to a purely square shape.
The hotel spans three floors with a reception lobby detailed with intricate architecture and artwork to enjoy while your room is prepared. There are three rooms in the hotel including luxurious accommodation on the top floor. One room even has a balcony to overlook the foot traffic on the street.
These rooms come complete with everything minifigures need to relax and the top floor’s room even has a vintage television to watch while minifigures lie in bed. The art gallery next door is smaller but is still packed with details to appreciate.
