Merry Christmas and happy holidays from Brick Fanatics

Merry Christmas, happy holidays and season’s greetings from everyone at Brick Fanatics!

We’re stepping away from our desks for a short festive break – there will probably be at least some clicking together of bricks involved – so I’d like to take the opportunity to wish all of our readers happy holidays. Things may not be so rosy out there in the real world all the time, but I hope we’ve been able to bring a little joy into your LEGO life over the past 12 months.

It’s been another incredible year for all things LEGO, after all – from 90th-anniversary nostalgia hits driven by fan demand, to surprise sets we never knew we wanted. If you fancy indulging in a stroll down memory lane for LEGO in 2022, check out all our end-of-year content, from 10 times the company surprised us to our top 10 LEGO sets and minifigures.

That should give you plenty of reading material while we’re tucking into our turkeys (or vegetarian-friendly alternatives), but if you’ve already caught up on it all, don’t worry: we’ve got a few cool stories lined up over the next couple of days, including a review of a 2023 set you may have already forgotten exists, but which is definitely worth your attention in January.

For now, I’ll leave you with a great big thank you for supporting the work that the team and I have been doing across 2022 – whether that’s on the website, YouTube or TikTok, or through our newsletter and social channels. There’s much more to come in 2023, including some very exciting projects, so make sure to stick around for your daily LEGO fix in January and beyond.

We’ll be back at our desks on December 27. Until then, happy holidays, season’s greetings and Merry Christmas! Fingers crossed you find some LEGO under the tree…

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
