More LEGO Ideas 21344 The Orient Express Train designer signing events announced

Meet the fan designer behind LEGO Ideas 21344 The Orient Express Train at one of six signing events across four different countries.

In addition to the already-confirmed London signing, fan designer Thomas Lajon (aka LEt.sGO) will also be ready to meet builders and sign sets in Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, and Strasbourg, with two events in Paris. All of the events will run for between one and three hours and visitors can purchase a maximum of two sets at a time. Here’s a quick breakdown of all six events.

All of the cities to get an event have, at one time or another, been included on the Orient Express routes, making it a neat tie-in to the set itself. There’s no need to sign up for any of the events ahead of time, but be prepared for the potential of queues. To avoid disappointment, it can be wise to get there early.

21344 The Orient Express Train will launch on December 1 for £259.99 / $299.99 / €299.99 and you can check out more about the upcoming LEGO Ideas model in our visual tour and gallery here.

I write about all the very best fandoms – and that means LEGO, of course. Spending so much time looking at and talking about LEGO sets is dangerous for my bank balance, but the LEGO shelves are thriving. You win some, you lose some.
