New LEGO NINJAGO Character Encyclopedia available now with exclusive minifigure

The updated edition of the LEGO NINJAGO Character Encyclopedia has just hit shelves, and comes bundled with an exclusive minifigure.

Ordering the hardcover version from Amazon will net you a free ‘Future Nya’ character, which will sit very nicely with 5005257 NINJAGO Minifigure Collection’s Future Jay, only two and a half years after that Bricktober pack launched exclusively at Toys R Us (RIP). Basically, we’re looking at the most niche NINJAGO minifigure collection to date.

One half of that duo is at least a little easier to come by, though, with the LEGO NINJAGO Character Encyclopedia already available at a discount at Amazon UK (despite launching just four days ago). You can currently pick up the LEGO book for just £13.59, which represents a 20% saving on its £16.99 cover price.

Following the template set by DK Books’ previous LEGO encyclopaedias, this title takes us through the full history of NINJAGO’s characters with high-quality photography, intriguing trivia and plenty of obscure details. So even if you’re first and foremost buying it for its Future Nya minifigure, it’s still very much worth flicking through (and even using it as a more tangible reference guide, if you need one).

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
