New LEGO VIP Pirates gift-with-purchase available from today

VIP members will be able to grab a brand-new Pirates-themed GWP from today with LEGO purchases over £50 / $50 / €50.

Following confirmation of 40567 Forest Hideout still being available in the UK and Europe, the LEGO Group has now officially announced the arrival of yet another GWP. Making its debut today is 40515 Pirates and Treasure VIP Add On Pack, which is free for all VIP members who spend at least £50 / $50 / €50 on any LEGO sets online or in stores.

The polybag was originally only available to randomly-chosen VIP members through a six-month trial program back in 2021. The good news is that the Xtra-style set is now receiving a much wider distribution, so should be easier to get hold of.

40515 Pirates and Treasure VIP Add On Pack includes a selection of themed bricks and pieces such as Pirate hats, a skeleton, treasure chests, a map, a shark and much more. Anyone who owns 31109 Pirate Ship or was lucky enough to grab 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay will no doubt find these accessories extremely useful for customising their sets.

In addition, the official online store states that a Halloween-themed Add On Pack will be coming soon, although there’s no specific date listed. The set could see the return of 40513 Spooky VIP Add On Pack, which was also part of the VIP trial program in 2021, although the LEGO Group has yet to confirm that.

40515 Pirates and Treasure VIP Add On Pack will be available until September 30, while stocks last.
