New LEGO VIP survey researches personalised experiences

A new survey is available for LEGO VIPs to complete, this time researching personalised experiences on the online LEGO store.

The survey is asking for results to research a more personalised LEGO.com experience, referencing articles, physical LEGO store visits, recommendations and more.

It’s not known whether all VIP members can see this new survey but in the past, such surveys have been widely available for members to complete.

Answers will be used to gain insights, which may affect future gifts-with-purchase. The survey also notes that the feature is not yet available. ‘Feature’ must not be referring to the survey itself as we’ve been able to complete it without issue.

Unlike previous surveys, there are no LEGO VIP points being offered upon completion of the questionnaire. The only incentive is knowing you’ll have played a part in whatever the LEGO Group is looking into.

It’s worth noting that the LEGO VIP Rewards Centre will be under maintenance on July 18 from 2:00am BST to 6:00am, but the time may differ in your region. Unless you’re staying up late, it shouldn’t be an issue, but keep it in mind in case you want to redeem any late-night rewards next week.
