Older LEGO enthusiasts are spoilt for choice next month

With dozens of new LEGO sets about to launch, older fans of LEGO are simply spoilt for choice next month – no matter your interests.

In case you’ve somehow missed it, tomorrow is another launch day for dozens of LEGO models and with everything from a new NINJAGO City set to many Formula 1 models, it’s already going to be an exciting day for everyone. For older fans of LEGO, though, you’re in for an especially good time.

Many of the models launching tomorrow skew towards an older audience, and we’ve grouped them by interest to demonstrate just how spoilt for choice you’re going to be tomorrow.

The latest addition to LEGO Art is about to launch in the form of 31215 Vincent van Gogh – Sunflowers. Those with a space on their wall can soon populate that spot with a recreation of one of the artist’s most iconic paintings, with a bright design and eye-catching details to admire up close and from afar.

Displays and sculptures

Anyone who’d prefer a standalone build that can stand on its own on a shelf, table or desk might want to look at 21355 The Evolution of STEM and 75429 AT-AT Driver Helmet instead. The latest addition to the LEGO Star Wars helmet range seems likely to be popular tomorrow, with a near-perfect design paying tribute to a helmet that will pair ideally with the retired 75313 AT-AT.

Alternatively, 21355 The Evolution of STEM is much more colourful, featuring many educational subjects bursting out of a book. There are plenty of small details and Easter eggs to admire, as well as a built-in play feature to fiddle with during the day. Both of those launch tomorrow, and 76968 Dinosaur Fossils: Tyrannosaurus rex will stomp onto the scene later this month

Buildings

There are several building-based LEGO sets that skew towards an older audience out tomorrow, including the towering 71837 NINJAGO City Workshops to expand on the long-running NINJAGO City range.

Those who prefer realism over the fictional world of NINJAGO can instead look forward to the familiar 21062 Trevi Fountain or 10362 French Café, the latter of which starts a new LEGO Icons collection.

Vehicles

With the arrival of the most exciting LEGO Formula 1 2025 sets tomorrow, it’s not surprising to see that vehicle fans are more spoilt for choice than anyone else.

From the 10 new LEGO Speed Champions cars to a pair of larger Technic recreations and another Formula 1 tribute build, it’s going to be an expensive day.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
