One per person limit on LEGO Star Wars 75280 501st Legion Clone Troopers

Army builders are going to struggle, as the official online shop has limited LEGO Star Wars 75280 501st Legion Clone Troopers to one per customer.

LEGO Star Wars 75280 501st Legion Clone Troopers returned to LEGO.com recently after selling out on its release day. The set, inspired by The Clone Wars, features an AT-RT, BARC Speeder and four 501st Clone Troopers. That males it perfect for army building – but to cope with demand, LEGO.com is limiting orders for the set to one per person.

Those who have been waiting to army build with the set will be frustrated, but the move is unlikely to be permanent. Once more stock is coming through the system, the limit will probably be lifted.

The set appears on Brick Fanatics’ Top 20 LEGO Sets List – a collection of the best, currently available sets to purchase at LEGO.com, updated daily.

Using 285 pieces, the set builds the two vehicles and kick starts a squad of Clone Troopers, with a couple of Battle Droids thrown in for them to use as cannon fodder. The set came about as a result of a fan campaign that saw LEGO social media channels spammed with comments requesting a 501st Battle Pack.

LEGO Star Wars has also seen the release of 75290 Mos Eisley Cantina. The 3,187 piece Master Builder Series set builds the iconic location and includes plenty of scum and villainy to populate it.
