Free LEGO F1 set and £5 workshop announced for July 2026

The next round of activities at UK LEGO Stores has been officially announced, including an opportunity for a free Formula 1 build.

You can start planning another trip to your local LEGO Store in July, as two events have been confirmed. Another Make and Take is the first, offering up the free LEGO Formula 1 Academy model based on 77258 LEGO F1 Academy Race Car.

This was previously available for free at LEGO Stores around Europe in February, March and April earlier this year. However, we won't say no to another chance at some free LEGO pieces.

Because it was available before, the instructions and parts list for 6626065 F1 Academy LEGO Race Car are available online, just in case you don't manage to make it to your local shop next month.

This giveaway will take place on July 4 from 10:00am to 12:00pm and on July 5 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. Models are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last and are limited to one per person.

Also announced today is another Creativity Workshop at LEGO Stores across the country. The Blooming Rainbow build will be available as part of this event, for which sign-up is required. You can sign up by clicking here, and the workshop will cost £5 for one hour.

Spaces for the workshop are limited, but it will take place at a wide range of UK LEGO Stores. Plan for July with these two events while you can.
