Rumoured 40613 Palace of Agrabah could inspire more LEGO Mini Disney models 

The rumoured 40613 Palace of Agrabah and a previous Disney product collection could inspire more LEGO models in the miniature series. 

The LEGO Mini Disney series of sets currently has two entries with 40478 Mini Disney Castle and 40521 Mini Disney The Haunted Mansion. According to a rumour by Promobricks and an update from exabrickslego_go, this is believed to be in the same style as this series. 

That could make it the third entry in the theme and the second castle, taking the range away from the Disney Parks. The Mini Disney range includes miniature models of buildings on a black base, accompanied by a minifigure. 

Aside from the minifigure, that concept is similar to the Disney Castle collection, which also includes a sculpture of the Agrabah palace. It could inspire future entries in the Mini Disney range or custom creations not based on the theme parks. 

The full Disney Castle Collection features sculptures of the castles from Cinderella, Snow White, Brave, Tangled, Sleeping Beauty, Mulan, Frozen, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and The Little Mermaid.

Each castle could be a good addition and the layout of the sculptures, based on the castles from the animated films, is a good fit for the style of LEGO Mini Disney sets. However, Cinderella and – according to rumours – Aladdin’s castle could be exempt with an official or reported set for them already.

Whether the report is accurate, it may be interesting to see if the Disney Castle Collection coincides with LEGO Mini Disney in the future, provided it continues. 

40613 Palace of Agrabah is still only a rumour and all information should be taken with caution until officially confirmed otherwise.
