Signed LEGO Harry Potter 71043 Hogwarts Castle on sale at the LEGO House

A signed copy of LEGO Harry Potter 71043 Hogwarts Castle is currently on sale at the LEGO House in Billund.

The set’s designer Justin Ramsden tweeted a picture of the box with his signature. It’s apparently hidden somewhere in the LEGO House’s official LEGO Store, ready for one lucky fan to find and buy.

The LEGO House closed its doors earlier this year amid the coronavirus pandemic, but reopened in June with new hygiene procedures. While international travel is still limited at the moment, the attraction is currently hosting a Halloween event, which runs until November 1.

Coveted as it is, we doubt anyone’s going to hop on a plane purely for Justin’s signature, particularly in the current climate. (Sorry, Justin!) But it’s definitely an awesome bonus for anyone who’s already planning on stopping by. That’s if you have the funds (and luggage space) required to take home the LEGO Group’s second-largest set, of course.

If you want a huge LEGO wizarding school but can’t get to Denmark, 71043 Hogwarts Castle is available at LEGO.com right now. And given it’s seventh on Brick Fanatics’ Top 20 LEGO Sets List, we wholeheartedly recommend ordering it while you can.

If you do so through our affiliate links, we’ll be able to keep bringing you magical content like this. Even if, in this case, you can only look on longingly at lucky LEGO House visitors.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
