Solo: A Star Wars Story teaser released

The first look at Solo: A Star Wars Story has been released online, hinting at what fans might expect from the upcoming stand alone movie.

This 45 second teaser does not share much, whetting the appetites of fans for the full Solo: A Star Wars Story trailer to launch tomorrow (around 1.30pm in the UK, 8.30am EST).

The teaser shares a few shots from the film, choosing to focus on Han Solo joining the Imperial Academy. Brief glimpses are provided of a shiny Millennium Falcon, Lando Calrissian and a new type of TIE Fighter.

Solo: A Star Wars Story will be released on May 25. The LEGO Star Wars sets based on the film will launch on April 20. The current range of LEGO Star Wars sets are available at shop.LEGO.com, with double points for Star Wars VIP card holders.
