The LEGO Movie 2 853874 Emmet Pod coming soon

It seems that the LEGO Store love for pod based products is continuing, with The LEGO Movie 2 853874 Emmet Pod officially revealed.

The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part theme will be getting some ancillary products on February 1, with 853874 Emmet Pod discovered by the Brick Fan. The little set is a clip-closing pod in Emmet appropriate orange, with a tiny digger to build for the inspirational construction worker. It is one of the many ways that fans can get an Emmet minifigure, with the character included throughout the theme.

In addition to this pod, the Brick Fan also mentions that a Sweet Mayhem Pod will be on the way, which will presumably come in white.

Both sets will be exclusively available at shop.LEGO.com, and may be part of a gift with purchase deal.

Last week, the largest set based on the film yet launched, with 70840 Welcome to Apocalypseburg! available now at shop.LEGO.com. 70839 Rexcelsior! was revealed earlier this week, and will be available as part of a summer wave of sets for the film inspired theme.

The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part will be released on February 8, 2019.
