Two new LEGO gift-with-purchase sets now available in Australia

The official Australian online LEGO store has announced full details of two previously-revealed GWP sets now available in the region.

Details of the next two LEGO GWP promotions have now been revealed, with the official Australian online store being the first to list the latest offers. Both 40588 Flowerpot and 40589 Pirate Ship Playground have appeared in the territory as free items with specific spends and were previously rumoured to be arriving at some point in 2023.

40588 Flowerpot is available for those who make purchases from LEGO.com (or the LEGO catalogue in that region) of $240 AUD and over from April 14 to April 24, while stocks last. The mindful build features a selection of colourful flowers, including cherry blossom, billy buttons and pussy willow inside pieces originally designed for a hot air balloon in 2020’s Trolls sets. A previous report stated that the set would be a 292-piece model available with spends of at least £130 / $150 / €150, which seems to be the case here.

Coming in at a lower price is 40589 Pirate Ship Playground, as the promotional set is free at LEGO.com (or the LEGO catalogue) with purchases of $170 AUD or above from April 14 to April 27, while stocks last. The 168-piece set features a pirate-themed play area, complete with slide, water cannon, palm tree, rotating brick-built octopus and two kid minifigures. The fun and colourful model can also be stacked with 40588 Flowerpot by spending $240 AUD or more during the former’s active offer dates.

We’re assuming that both LEGO GWP items will be available from tomorrow in other territories, although price points and promotional periods may vary.
