The brand new LEGO Star Wars set launches August 1, and – as you can read in our review – is a surprisingly fascinating model, given it’s essentially just a grey box. One thing it is lacking, though, is a speeder bike with a Scout Trooper to drive it.
That’s because the LEGO Group has pulled together two different episodes of The Mandalorian’s second season for the set, taking Chapter 12: The Siege’s troop transport (and Greef Karga) and pitting it against Chapter 14: The Tragedy’s regular Stormtroopers and Artillery Stormtrooper.
No matter, though: we’ve got the solution to effectively recreating The Siege’s chase in our custom 74-Z Speeder Bike. You can take a closer look at the build by hitting play on the video below, and you’ll find the parts list at the bottom of our weekly newsletter.
You can sign up to that newsletter by filling in the form on the right of this page (or by scrolling to the bottom if you’re on mobile). In return, we’ll bring you regular LEGO content that you’ll want to read, including news, reviews, and personal insights, all written by one of the team. You’ll also be in with a chance of winning some seriously cool LEGO prizes, including your very own copy of our 74-Z Speeder Bike and a Scout Trooper minifigure*.
Sign up by noon UK time August 2 to enter our free prize draw to win a copy of the model, complete with Scout Trooper minifigure*. This giveaway is exclusively for those signed up to the Brick Fanatics newsletter currently or by noon UK time August 2. This draw is open to all newsletter subscribers, worldwide.
*The winner will be receiving one copy of our custom Speeder Bike plus this minifigure (the official version of the Scout Trooper as it appears in sets), rather than the customised version that appears in the above imagery and video.
