Win one of 10 LEGO antique fire engines in survey on the future of BrickLink

BrickLink has launched a new user survey focused on the future of the platform, and you can win one of 10 LEGO antique fire engines just for taking part.

You might remember LEGO MASTERS contestant Boone Langston’s fire engine from 2019’s AFOL Designer Program, the successor to which has just launched over at BrickLink. The unofficial set has long since sold out, but the platform is now giving away 10 copies to random participants in its latest survey, which you can fill out by clicking here.

If you’re a regular BrickLink user, you might also find there are more benefits to taking the survey than just winning some free LEGO (as good as that would be), because the questions suggest the secondary marketplace will use the answers to shape the future of the platform.

The questionnaire covers the basics – how often you use BrickLink, how much you spend, whether you buy, sell, or just use its price guide and set resources – but also hints at the direction the marketplace may be heading, with a specific focus on community and sharing custom builds.

We’ve already seen changes to the way BrickLink operates since the LEGO Group acquired the platform in 2019, but this is a rare instance where its users are able to have a direct input on future alterations to the platform.

And hey, you might just get some free LEGO out of it.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
