11 LEGO deals of the week, from hard-to-find minifigures to rare GWPs
Usher in the first weekend after payday with some LEGO deals on sets you won’t find anywhere else – as well as some shockingly low LEGO Star Wars prices.
We’ve got a huge amount of deals to choose from today, so let’s get right to it. You’ll need to move fast to snap up what might be the last chance to get two hard-to-find LEGO Star Wars GWPs, 2024’s 40730 Luke Skywalker’s Lightsaber and 2020’s 40407 Death Star Battle. You rarely find these sets anywhere else and you can currently pick them up at a discount from UK retailer Brick Deals.
Another rare find is the retired 75326 Boba Fett’s Throne Room, depicting the iconic location seen in both the original trilogy and The Book of Boba Fett. The minifigures are focused on the latter depiction but there are some exclusive inclusions. It wouldn’t be tricky to add Luke, Leia, and the droids and adapt it to its movie appearance, either.
Outside of LEGO Star Wars, Brick Deals also has some other deals to snap up, including what feels like a much fairer price for the well-critiqued 76313 MARVEL Logo. We were pleasantly surprised by both the engaging build and impressive final look of the set when we had it for review, so if price has been your obstacle so far, now is your chance to score an early discount on the new release.
Speaking of new releases, 71048 Series 27 has only been on shelves for a month – but a certain Beastmaster has proven especially hard to find. Thankfully, Brick Deals has him ready to ship – or you can score 15% off a guaranteed box of all 12 characters. If there are any gaps in your collection, now is the time to plug them.
Elsewhere, Amazon has major discounts on the ultimate droid duo, with 25% off 75379 R2-D2 (including the exclusive Darth Malak minifigure) and a massive 32% off 75398 C-3PO, saving you £40 on the latter. That’s not quite the lowest price we’ve seen on either of them but it is the cheapest and most convenient way to get the pair in one fell swoop, designed to scale with one another and perfect for display.
Last but not least, Zavvi is offering 10% off almost all its new sets that came out on January 1. That includes, among much more, three LEGO Fortnite sets – and the very first chance to save on the fledgling theme. With a new season just dawned in the game itself, now is the chance to build alongside your online play.
