Calling back to 10182 Café Corner 15 years on from the first modular building, 10297 Boutique Hotel reimagines the concept of inner-city accommodation with bougie touches (chocolate on your pillow, a penthouse suite), all set within a uniquely-shaped structure that leaves room for a separate art gallery. Possibly its most understated feature is the palm tree on the gallery’s rooftop terrace, which really helps give off those summery vibes.
