A LEGO Amelia Earheart Tribute set might be landing in 2021

The LEGO Group might be taking to the skies with a new set found that pays tribute to Amelia Earheart.

A new LEGO set name has been found, revealing that another LEGO Tribute model might be in the works for aviation pioneer, Amelia Earheart, making it the second Tribute set from the LEGO Group.

Following the release of 40410 Charles Dickens Tribute as part of November 2020 offers at the official LEGO online store, another tribute has been potentially discovered by Brickset. You can read the review of the last tribute here.

40450 Amelia Earhart Tribute has been added to the Brickset database among a number of other sets. With it sharing a similar set number and name to the last tribute set, it looks to be remembering the work of Amelia Earheart.

Amelia Earheart is famous for her solo flight across the Atlantic Ocean in 1928 and is now the potential subject of a LEGO 2021 set. With the pioneer in mind, it seems possible that this new model might include a figure of Earheart as well as a recreation of the plane that made the journey.

There is no word on the availability of this set or when it will release, but with the last Tribute set being given away, 40450 Amelia Earheart Tribute stands a chance at following in its footsteps. Nothing is confirmed until the LEGO Group official reveals the set.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
