Bricks By The Bay LEGO convention begins today
The annual Bricks By The Bay LEGO convention begins today at the Santa Clara Convention Centre in San Jose, California.
Bricks By The Bay begins today for those registered for the entire convention. The annual LEGO fan event takes place in San Jose, California, USA, and sees builders gather from all over the USA and beyond to display their incredible creations.
The event will be open to the public on Saturday July 13 and Sunday July 14. This year’s them is the “UneXpected”, so by definition, visitors should not expect anything regarding the theme. Hundreds of LEGO builds will be on display from talented builders for visitors to check out.
As well as builds on display, there will be spot prizes, competitions and a brick film festival for those attending the full four day convention. Builds will be judged in a number of categories, with trophies going to the very best models in each. Shopping opportunities will also allow visitors to part with some cash and go home with some new items for the collection.
Bricks By The Bay is running until July 14.
