Build your own medieval village with latest LEGO Ideas project
A LEGO Ideas user has made an entirely customisable medieval village made from modular sections, gaining support amongst the community.
Albricks’ Modular Medieval Village has gained 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas, winning momentum for the castle-themed project. The 2,871-pieces model has various configurations, thanks to its modular capabilities, but the main version sits on a base of 32 x 48 studs.
The village is based on six interconnectable 16×16 modules, as you can see pictured below, that are split across two main areas. The first is the buildings area, where the three modular buildings are, and the second is the market square area, highlighting the social life of the minifigure villagers.

The three buildings can be connected to one another by a couple of 1×2 bricks with hole and two Technic pins, just like the traditional and modular buildings, allowing builders to make their medieval display their own.
Modular Medieval Village becomes the fourth LEGO Ideas project to make it into the second 2025 review, gicing it a chance of becoming a real LEGO Ideas set. Remind yourself of the competition in the table down below.
