Catch up on two retired LEGO Star Wars GWPs – at a discount
Typically, when gifts-with-purchase are gone, they’re gone – but not in the case of these two LEGO Star Wars GWPs, one of which hasn’t been seen since 2020.
UK retailer Brick Deals has launched 15% off all LEGO Star Wars sets for a limited time only, including two sought-after GWPs. With a $1,000 Death Star rumoured to be coming this year, picking up 40407 Death Star Battle for just £33.96, five years after its last sighting as a free gift in 2020, is a far more affordable way to capture an icon from the Star Wars franchise.
It features a brick-built diorama of the exterior of the Death Star, seen as it was in Episode IV when Luke Skywalker uses the Force to pilot his way through the trench and drop the critical bomb. As well as the Death Star surface, there are tiny versions of an A-Wing and a TIE Interceptor to bring the scene to life. Originally available with purchases over £75, this could be your last chance to snap up the GWP – and certainly at this price.
The second GWP is more recent but no less enticing. A brick-built replica of Luke Skywalker’s lightsaber came with all purchases of 75397 Jabba’s Sail Barge upon its release last year but you can now score 40730 Luke Skywalker’s Lightsaber for far less by buying it at a discount from Brick Deals, coming in at just £84.96. It comes complete with its own brick-built stand to display all the details in full.
