PSA: Check your inbox for free LEGO Insiders points

This is your heads-up to check your email inbox as soon as possible, as the LEGO Group is sending out unique codes for free LEGO Insiders points.

At least two members of the Brick Fanatics team have this morning received emails with codes for 500 bonus LEGO Insiders points, which can be redeemed at the Insiders Rewards Centre and subsequently spent on discounts or exclusive rewards. This freebie comes courtesy of Cataclaws, with no other strings attached: you don’t have to spend them within a certain window or on specific rewards, for example.

It’s pretty rare that the LEGO Group tosses out a freebie like this, so it’s definitely worth checking your inbox to see if you’ve also received a code. The Insiders points codes are unique to specific accounts and you can only use one per account, so you won’t be able to (for instance) use a friend’s code. You’ll also need to redeem your unique code by December 31, 2024.

We’ve already redeemed this code, so… don’t waste your time.

This free 500 points is equivalent to around £3.12 in discount vouchers in the UK. Given the number of points earned and redeemed varies by region, the LEGO Group may be sending out different numbers of points to other territories – you’d need just over 400 points to reach $3.12 in value in the US, for example.

Let us know in the comments if you’ve also received these free LEGO Insiders points, and if so, where you’re based and how many points you’ve received.

If you want to fast-track building up your stash of Insiders points even further, you can currently earn double points on absolutely everything at LEGO.com until December 10.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.

Well, thank you for the heads up.
I had received a code from Cataclaws. I had also not opened the email, and would probably have deleted it. Thinking it was just another marketing email.

It even took me over points threshold for a voucher.
