Claim up to three LEGO vouchers for 75% off this Black Friday

The LEGO Group’s Black Friday 2023 deals include 75% off discount vouchers in the Insiders Rewards Centre – but it’s a slightly worse offer than in previous years.

For the past couple of Black Friday weekends, the LEGO Group has allowed VIP members (now Insiders members) to claim up to four £5 / $5 / €5 discount vouchers for 25% of their usual cost. That works out to 200 points in the UK, 162 points in the US and 187 points in Europe per voucher, or 800 points / 650 points / 750 points for all four. You’re essentially turning £5 into £20 for free – provided you have enough points.

Not so this year, though. The LEGO Group has brought back the same offer for 2023, but has reduced the maximum number of redemptions to three per user. That means you can only triple the value of your points rather than quadruple them. But hey: let’s not look a gift horse in the mouth. If you’ve got Insiders points burning a hole in your pocket, getting an extra £10 / $10 / €10 effectively for free is still pretty good.

It’s especially useful when you consider everything else going on this weekend, including up to three free gifts-with-purchase, up to 40% off selected LEGO sets and the Insiders discount codes that have carried over from LEGO Insiders Weekend. 40601 Majisto’s Magical Workshop is free with orders above £250 / $250 / €250, 40602 Winter Market Stall is free when spending at least £150 / $170 / €170, and 5008076 Taxi is free exclusively with orders that include 76269 Avengers Tower.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
