Early images of LEGO NINJAGO summer 2024 sets revealed
Thanks to some early images from a third-party retailer, we’ve got our first look at several LEGO NINJAGO sets, coming to shelves this summer.
German retailer LuckyBricks has shared a number of LEGO NINJAGO set images on Instagram, giving us our first look at the upcoming wave. That includes everything from a modest polybag to some enormous, colourful builds, meaning there’s something for everyone soon to come to the theme.
What’s more, for many of the sets, fellow German retailer JB Spielwaren has also shared listings, so we have European prices and piece counts to go along with the images. Scroll down for everything we know so far about the upcoming LEGO NINJAGO sets.

Starting off with the smallest, 30675 Tournament Training Ground includes two minifigures, Cole and a Wolf Mask Warrior, along with a small stand for them to show down on. From the image on the front of the bag, it looks like the red plates can fall off with some pressure, adding some extra drama to their battle, where Cole’s hammer goes up against the Wolf Mask Warrior’s claws.

The set includes a four-storey building set on a rocky outcrop, with some kind of creature living below. The box reveals various play functionality options and several of the minifigures come with their own quirky accessories.

As befitting a battle arena, there are also various play features, from a rolling barrel to a tilting battle platform.
71820 Ninja Team Combo Vehicle
Price: €89.99 Pieces: 576 Release date: June 1, 2024
In more images courtesy of JB Spielwaren, 71820 Ninja Team Combo Vehicle shows off a dynamic vehicle, paired with six minifigures, two of which are enemy Wolf Mask Warriors. The main vehicle can split into four, one for each of the named characters and each one is matched to the character’s colour scheme and fighting style. At least two have their own stud shooters, adding more possibilities for play.
71821 Cole’s Titan Dragon Mech
Price: €99.99 Pieces: 1,055 Release date: June 1, 2024
Lifestyle images from JB Spielwaren paired with early images from Lucky Bricks show off the newest LEGO NINJAGO mech. 71821 Cole’s Titan Dragon Mech includes what appears to be an updated Cole minifigure design in white and orange rather than his usual black and orange, matching the white mech of the set. The enormous sword appears to be made of a recoloured version of the wings from 10327 Dune Atreides Royal Ornithopter, with matching wings fanning out from the back of the mech too.
71822 Source Dragon of Motion
Price: €149.99 Pieces: 1,716 Release date: June 1, 2024
Saving arguably the best for last, 71822 Source Dragon of Motion is (you guessed it) an enormous dragon build with different shades of red and gold. It has a throne-like saddle on its back for riding and various smaller dragons in bright orange to send against the six minifigures also included in the upcoming LEGO NINJAGO set.

Was so looking forward to the Tournament Temple City but can’t help but feel disappointed with it – It’s kinda of lots of rock – little temple. The Dragon skull looks like an afterthought and the colour scheme isn’t great. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice, but it’s not great.
The Source Dragon on the other hand is very cool
