Final LEGO Store seaside scene event takes place tomorrow

The last of the weekly in-store build events for August ends tomorrow, with one last chance to pick up a free LEGO seaside scene model.

As we head towards the last few weeks of the summer, LEGO Stores in the UK are hosting one more opportunity for customers to grab a free themed mini build this month. During August, visitors to the retail locations on each consecutive Thursday between 11am and 1pm have been able to grab a small LEGO seaside scene to take away with them.

The model features a brick-built wave washing onto a sandy base piece, with a surfboard and crab rounding out the promotional set. Those who head down to their local stores tomorrow will have one last chance to grab the LEGO seaside scene, with the item limited to one per person (while stocks last).

It’s not yet been revealed if there will be a new make-and-take build available from LEGO Stores in September or what any such model might be. However, while you’re browsing the shelves of your local branch, you can still get a few extra free GWP items with your purchases. These include 40561 Pencil Holder, available with spends over £65 on LEGO DOTS, Friends or CITY sets (until August 28), plus 40515 Pirates and Treasure VIP Add On Pack for VIP members who buy any LEGO products totalling £50 or more (until September 30).
