Score the first saving on LEGO Project Hail Mary set now

The one and only LEGO Project Hail Mary set is now on its first sale, granting you a small saving on the popular movie model and minifigures.

Another notable Amazon UK LEGO deal has been spotted this weekend, this time reducing the price of 11389 Project Hail Mary. This 830-piece set is exclusive to Amazon outside of the LEGO Group’s retail bubble and so far has not been on any kind of discount. It has stoically sat at its RRP of £99.99 since March 1, but you can finally save at least some money on this model.

Amazon UK currently has 11389 Project Hail Mary available for £94.90, which is 5% off the RRP. While that’s not a huge discount, the model has been consistently popular since its release.

11389 Project Hail Mary‘s 830 pieces make up a recreation of the movie’s main ship with an orbit function that can be activated by spinning a crank. There are several thoughtful details in the build to spot, as mentioned in our review.

Another reason to consider this one-off movie model is the pair of exclusive figures and the different display options that come with them. 11389 Project Hail Mary includes one minifigure of Ryland Grace and a buildable figure of Rocky.

The duo can be displayed attached to the base of the main build, or with a divider between them that recreates their first meeting from the film. It’s the only LEGO set based on the movie to be released, and any further builds are unlikely.

You can pick up 11389 Project Hail Mary from Amazon UK for £5 off right now, saving at least some money on this in-demand model soon after its launch.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
