Third football LEGO BrickHeadz set rumoured for Real Madrid

Another football-based LEGO BrickHeadz set may be on the way for the only team with a stadium build yet to receive one – Real Madrid.

Promobricks, via their Instagram Story, are reporting that a third LEGO BrickHeadz model for a football team should be on the way. According to the source, 40614 is said to be a Real Madrid BrickHeadz.

While no further details are provided, it seems likely that another football BrickHeadz would follow the design of both 40541 Manchester United Go Brick Me and 40542 FC Barcelona Go Brick Me.

The LEGO Group’s partnerships with football teams include three teams – Manchester United, FC Barcelona and Real Madrid. All three have a stadium recreation with 10299 Real Madrid – Santiago Bernabéu Stadium being the only one still available. However, only Manchester United and FC Barcelona have Go Brick Me BrickHeadz, customisable caricatures with the team’s kit included as well as a goal.

As always remember that this is only a rumour and to treat all unconfirmed information with caution until officially announced by the LEGO Group.

Despite the rumour, you can pick up a LEGO recreation of Real Madrid’s stadium on the official now by clicking here and we’ve gone hands-on with the massive model in a detailed review.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
