Free LEGO Friends model available during Make and Take event

Fans of LEGO Friends can take home their own model during a half-term Make and Take Event.

The Entertainer is organising special events across 50 stores nationwide, all taking place on Saturday, February 25 between 2pm and 4pm. The Make and Take event invites visitors to build their own LEGO Friends model from the bricks provided. Participants will also be able to take their creation home for free, while stocks last.

Events are taking place at 50 of The Entertainer’s stores nationwide. According to the retailer, the event will appeal to LEGO Friends fans of all ages.

“LEGO Friends provides make-believe play and creative adventures for children around the world, where they can explore their passions with the iconic building bricks,” said Craig Lowe, events coordinator at The Entertainer, in a statement to Toy World Maps. “So we’re delighted to be inviting Lego fans to 50 of our stores to take part in this fantastic event.”

I write about all the very best fandoms – and that means LEGO, of course. Spending so much time looking at and talking about LEGO sets is dangerous for my bank balance, but the LEGO shelves are thriving. You win some, you lose some.
