LEGO Insiders members in the UK, Ireland and Europe will be able to pick up a free in-store Sport Car build later this month.
LEGO Store make and take events are usually accessible to all visitors, with free models up for grabs by anyone who decides to set foot in their local official retail location on a specific date. However, an upcoming promotional build will be taking a very different track and is only open to those who are already LEGO Insiders members.
A free red, black and grey Sport Car build will be available from LEGO Stores in the UK, Ireland and Europe on July 25 from 10am to 12pm, on a strictly first come, first served basis for those in attendance (while stocks last).

The event is listed as being for adult LEGO Insiders members (or at least those over the age of 10) and with a limit of one free build per person. The Sport Car model doesn’t appear to have any unique parts or printed pieces or even look that complicated, so exactly why the make and take is being aimed at a more mature audience is a bit of a head-scratcher.
Those interested in attending the upcoming LEGO Store event should check in advance with their nearest retail location to confirm if they’ll be participating, although it’s worth noting that the promotion won’t be taking place at the Birmingham – Utilita Arena, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort or Manchester – Trafford Palazzo stores in the UK.
Unlike some previous events, there doesn’t appear to be any online booking required for the Sport Car make and take, so LEGO Insiders members should just be able to pop along during the designated hours to get their hands on the freebie build.
