Get into gear with another LEGO NINJAGO Crystalized clip

A new clip from NINJAGO Crystalized details the features of more upcoming models and reveals which Core set has made the cut in the season.

It was already confirmed that some of the Core wave of LEGO NINJAGO’s 2022 selection would be appearing in the upcoming season of the show, which we now know is called Crystalized. A vehicle-focused clip from the series has been uploaded to YouTube, unveiling the animated appearance of five official sets, including one from the Core wave.

You can watch the clip for yourself above, but we’ve also provided some screenshots to provide a comparison between the models and the animated versions. The builds on display include 71768 Jay’s Golden Dragon Motorbike, 71769 Cole’s Dragon Cruiser, 71770 Zane’s Golden Dragon Jet, 71773 Kai’s Golden Dragon Raider and the already-available 71763 Lloyd’s Race Car EVO.

In the Crystalized wave, Lloyd doesn’t receive a new vehicle but the Core race car serves to give him some transportation during the season. 71773 Kai’s Golden Dragon Raider translates into the series with more height than the model, though the build can enter walker mode to transform into a similar state.

We don’t yet have a release date for LEGO NINJAGO Crystalized other than summer 2022, though in the meantime you can watch another clip from the season. The co-creator of the show also recently compared the next instalment to Avengers: Endgame.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
