We may be getting a LEGO Star Wars Saw Gerrera minifigure in 2024
The LEGO Star Wars theme may be getting its first-ever Saw Gerrera minifigure this year, if the latest rumours are to be believed.
Earlier today we offered up some speculation as to the possible identity of the next LEGO Star Wars 25th anniversary minifigure. That followed the reveal of an official landing page for the theme’s quarter of a century celebrations yesterday, with a line-up of Darth Malak and ARC Trooper Fives, as a well as a mysterious third character.
The theory we put forward suggested that the minifigure included with what looks to be the rumoured 75383 Sith Infiltrator on the site may in fact be Saw Gerrera. The stats for the character and the ‘Rebel without a cause’ tagline would certainly seem to hint at the potential for what could be the first-ever Saw Gerrera minifigure, although that’s just a theory on our part for now.
However, a new report from Instagram user 1414falconfan may just have backed up that particular line of thinking. Details suggest a Saw Gerrera minifigure may well be included with 75383 Sith Infiltrator after all, alongside what appears to be Anakin Skywalker and Qui-Gon Jinn, as well as potentially Darth Maul, Padmé Amidala and Captain Panaka.
The rumour goes on to say that the Saw Gerrera minifigure may use a Finn hairpiece, as included in the likes of 75272 Sith TIE Fighter and 75257 Millennium Falcon, and might well come with a cape and armour piece.
Do note that there’s been no word from the LEGO Group so far regarding who the third LEGO Star Wars 25th anniversary minifigure will be, so do take this latest information with a pinch of salt for now.
